And there it is, they updated their OHP.

The new band pic, wow, it's just beautiful. I really do like it a lot.

They layout didn't really change, the basiscs are the same, they only changed the colors, but I really do like this layout, so I'm pretty fine with this.

After a long wait (at least I did wait and expect this after Yuu left the band two months ago) there finally are profile pics for their Ameba blogs. So far the OHP didn't get updated, so stay curious on the band pic.

From now on I changed one rule:

In the past I followed what quite some communities go along by, posts being friends locked, so that only community members can see them. But actually the community shall promote this band, so the more people can see the entries, the better it is.

Feel free to share your opinion on this in a comment, I'd like to know about it.

I guess most of you heard about the earthquake and Tsunami hitting Japan on 03.11.
Since a lot of Jrockers update their blogs/Twitter/whatever with messages about being fine I'll post this through every community that I maintain.
I'm sorry for some people might get spammed by this.
But there probably are people who can't read Japanese and are worried.

Regarding Gakido gladly all six members are fine.

Hello everybody.
Welcome to [info]gakido_x.

The cirumstances that made me realize there's no community for this wonderful band are anything else but good. But I think a place for all the fans to meet is a nice idea.
Not just now to share the pain but also in the future (that the band hopefully can use for more activity).


It'll take me a few days to set up everything so please be patient.
I'll come up with a layout for both, the comm and the user info, add rules and so on.
Please always keep an eye on the rules, I might change them from time to time.

I hope you enjoy your stay here.

I also might edit this post when I finished with the rest.

As you can see I finished with the layout (by last weekend).
I'm still not through with everything, there's a userpic missing and I also will have to work on some promotional banners.
If anybody is interested in such a banner for linking it to the comm to make it more known, let me know about it here. So far I didn't plan to include such a banner into the user info because there never seemed to be much approval found for the other comms I maintain. But I'll change it, if the comm's members are interested.[/EDIT]
